How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are processed in 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
After an order is shipped out, it takes between 3-7 business days to arrive to its destination within the United States. Please note this is just an estimate and it is possible ship times may be longer due to delays within the postal service. 
GOUDE does not currently offer international shipping. 
“I entered the wrong address, what do I do?”
Easy! If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us yet, Email goudejewels@gmail.com with the subject “URGENT address change! Please note, shipping addresses must match the billing address on the order, or the order will be cancelled. If you do need to ship to a different address, please email us and we will assist you ASAP! 

All address changes or updates must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

“I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?”
Gotcha! First, make sure it has been at least 5 business days since your purchase. Then, check your email to make sure you have received a shipping confirmation email. If you have, then call your local USPS to have them track the package from their facility. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation with a tracking # within 3 business days of your order, please send us an email to goudejewels@gmail.com with your order # as the subject to let us know.

Goude is not responsible for packages lost or stolen by USPS.

“Are these items water friendly?”
Most of our jewelry is indeed water friendly :) However, chemicals and contaminants in water (chlorine, salt, soaps, etc.) can result in tarnished and dull looking jewelry over time. So it's best to not shower or go swimming with your jewelry on. If you do happen to get your jewels wet from time to time, make sure to dry them with a cotton cloth after. What size is this ring?
You can choose your ring size on the product page of any of our rings, unless they are described as “adjustable”. Make sure you read the product description carefully and be sure to verify your correct ring size, as we cannot re-size rings.
